"Jazz at Home has been a wonderful way to keep dancing during some very uncertain times! 1929 Studios has crafted some brilliant online tutorials suitable for all levels (I have tried everything from beginners to advanced and would encourage everyone to do the same!). I really enjoy the pace of the classes, and being able to go back and watch and listen to the instructions is invaluable, especially when you want to work on specific steps in your own time. Each Jazz at Home routine is accompanied by some excellent history lessons and includes links to superb clips of dancers and musicians and stories about the origins of well-known steps. This is something I really love about these classes - there is such a strong acknowledgement of the founders and roots of jazz. This knowledge is shared so genuinely and generously, and will inspire you to work hard to keep your dancing alive!  

Live Zoom classes are also a great way to connect with the international Jazz at Home community, and to receive live instruction from Ramona is a delight! She is always there to answer your questions, take on your feedback and support your journey.
